He is 9 years old, stands 15.1 and will weigh 1100lbs. He is beautiful in his dark chocolate color with a golden streak mane and tail! Alfie is truly special in his own way. Alfie has spent numerous hours on trails, field trials & fun shows. You can ride Alfie with a bridle or bridle-less, loose rein or tight rein; it doesn’t matter. He has been ridden by beginners & trained by professionals. Being trained by professionals, he will neck rein one handed, canter on correct leads and back on command. Responds to leg cues. Stands to be mounted and dismounted on the ground or a mounting block. Does Alfie do tricks? Oh yes he does! Alfie will count, march & bow on command. While being on numerous and countless hours on the trails. Alfie has seen it all and done it all. He will cross logs, water and ditches quietly and safely. He will travel up and down hills at a safe pace and comfort for the rider. He is traffic safe as well! He has been used to pony other horses around the camps at trail rides & used to give the beginners lessons!
