Strong and Gentle Chestnut Quarter Horse Gelding.

Beau is a 2018 gelding standing 15h. If you have any desire to show or train in the cutting, working cow horse, or reining arenas, you will want to check out Beau. Beau has a great foundation; he is well broke through his body, has a nice soft face, and moves off your seat and leg easily. He has quiet transitions, and a great stop. He knows basic lateral movements, will pivot, and side pass. He is as great off property as he is at home and has been to a few small sortings, has been shown in a couple working cow horse classes locally, and been used to pen back cattle at the local cow sale. Beau also loves to take to the trails. He will cross anything in his path and couldn’t care less to go out alone or with a group. He would be the perfect partner for an amateur looking to get out and show some this summer, while also being able to slow down and hit the trails every now and again. Beau is quiet and well mannered in the barn. He stands to be groomed, tacked, and bathed and is good for the farrier. He loads and travels well, is easy to catch in the field, and has no stall vices. Beau is sound with no history of health or lameness issues and does not currently require any maintenance.
