Tulsa has done a little bit of everything from moving and working cows to pasture roping. He is very soft and easy. You can seriously ride him with one finger. He will turn, stop and back with the slightest touch. Will move off leg pressure and side passes both directions. Tulsa has a very smooth jog and an amazing one step short lope. He will lope right out of a walk. He also has a very good woa. Pick up your reins and he will come to a stop. Tulsa is easy to bathe, groom and tack up. He has a puppy dog personality and will follow you around like a dog. That being said he is very very easy to catch. HE WILL CATCH YOU!! He stands perfect to mount and will even step over to a mounting block for you to get on. Tulsa always rides off slow and easy. Tulsa has a lot of buttons but don’t let that scare you Tulsa is perfectly content with just walking along slow and easy all day. He rides out with or without company. Tulsa is great on the trails. Slow and easy is his name. He is extremely sure footed and really watches where he goes. He will cross all types of water and mud holes, fallen trees and slippery rocks.
