§1 - Conclusion of contract and storage of order

With your order, you place a firm offer to the seller to conclude the contract with you. We can accept this offer within 24 hours by sending an order confirmation via email.

By sending an order confirmation via email, we agree with your offer to conclude a contract.

§2 - Terms of Payment

We currently accept standard bank transfer and PayPal. We reserve the right to exclude and add specific methods of payment.

Open invoices have to be payed within 14 days after receipt of an invoice.

As soon as delay of payment comes into effect we charge interest on the sales price at an interest rate of 5% plus the current base lending rate. We reserve the right to prove and assert a higher loss due to the default of payment. The right to set off a claim is only given when your counterclaim has been legally proved or is uncontested or has been acknowledged by us in written form. The right of retention can only be exercised as long as the claim results from the same contractual relationship.

§3 - Revocation instruction

Right of Revocation

You may revoke your declaration to conclude a sales contract within a period of two weeks in textual form (e.g. by letter or e-mail) without stating a reason or by returning the goods. The grace period for revocation begins earliest upon receipt of the goods and this notification by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of the same type of goods not before receiving the first partial delivery) and not before we have met our information duties and other duties as defined by Civil Code (§ 312c sec 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 sec. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as § 312e sec 1 clause 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV). The timely despatch of the revocation or the goods shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term.

Consequences of revocation

In the event of effective withdrawal any mutually received benefits are to be refunded and possible benefits derived (e.g. interest) to be returned. Should the customer not be able to return the goods or only return them partially or in a deteriorated condition then the customer will be obligated to value replacement. In the case of the item being delivered, this only has validity in as far as the deterioration of the item exclusively results from its inspection such as would be the case in a store, for example . In other respects you can avoid the obligation to compensate for deterioration due to the utilisation of the good as intended by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. You have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods conform to the ordered ones and if the price of the returning goods does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros. You also have to pay for the return although the price exceeds 40 Euros, when you have not reciprocated or performed a partial payment as contracted at the time of the revocation. In all other cases return delivery is free of charge for you. Non transportable things will be picked up at your place. Requests for re-compensation for payments must be met within 30 days after sending the declaration of withdrawal or after returning the goods.

The power of revocation does not apply to distance selling contracts for the delivery of merchandise which: is either custom-made to customer's specifications or is clearly custom-tailored to meet personal demands or is not fit for reshipment due to properties and conditions or is apt to suffer spoilage or has reached its expiry date.

The right of rescission does not apply to distance selling contracts for the delivery of audio and video recordings or software if their seal has been broken by the customer.

The power of revocation is not applicable if you are an entrepreneur under § 14 German Civil Code (BGB) and are engaged in according commercial or freelance business activities at the time of the contract's conclusion.

§4 - Warranty

Caballo Horsemarket does not act as a vendor. It solely acts as an intermediator.

§5 - Distribution

The internet services of Caballo Horsemarket are accessible to anyone on the Internet.

The user agrees that in addition to the publication of advertisement data on this site, we may also publish the advertisement or parts of the advertisement data on similar sites to maximize sales opportunities. This data will never contain any data the user hasn't released for publication.

§6 - Liability

Each user is fully responsible for the content he adds to this site, including advertisement text, pictures and videos as well as all other resources he uploads using his account.

Caballo Horsemarket is not responsible for content added through advertisements, such as images, video, links or other resources the users adds to an advertisement. Caballo Horsemarket is not responsible for origin, content, quality and truthfulness of a users advertisement. The same applies to content handed over to Caballo Horsemarket and has been entered on behalf of a user.

Caballo Horsemarket is not liable for the accuracy, completeness and actuality of the information offered through your advertisements.

§7 - Right to Publish

There is no right to publish.

Caballo Horsemarket reserves the right to remove advertisements if they break the law or if they're not consistant with the purpose of our services..

§8 - Prices

All prices mentioned on our website are Euro prices and contain the statutory valued added tax.
According to § 19 UStG paragraph 1 we act as small business and do not show valued added tax on our invoices.

§9 - Delivery Costs

No delivery costs will be accrued for booking an advertising package.

All pictorial rights are copyright of Caballo Horsemarket, their partners or customers who have provided the pictures for viewing. Use of these without explicit permission is prohibited.

In all transactions of data processing (e.g. Collecting, processing, and transmitting) we act according to legal requirements. Data that is vital for business purposes will be saved and provided to affiliated companies within the scope of order processing, if needed.
