Caballo Horsemarket: PRE mare, top pedigree (Escalera), Falbgenträgerin, 11 years

Because of the abandonment of equestrian sports I am looking for a solid place for my mare Noir Chocolat.
Since I bought it from the Spanish breeder for three years, it has been in my hands continuously.

She is ANCCE licensed (Escalera descent), Falbgenträgerin (but she had not yet had foals), very well ridden and about 1.64 m tall.

Noir has a safe M-level and masters some S lessons (traversals, pirouette, circus lessons etc.), is incredibly soft to sit on the trot, absolutely clear in the head and has no naughty.
She is very reliable in her handling, knows hoof processing (barhuferin) and also behaves decently at the veterinarian. Noir goes alone and in a group well into the terrain.

The mare is vaccinated, dewormed and the teeth are regularly checked.
Apart from a completely healed pasture injury, noir has not yet had any health problems. In October 2021, she was classified as "fully fit for sports" by the consulted FEI specialist veterinarian as part of a follow-up examination. AKU can be done at any time and is taken over halfway.

The saddle is custom-made, is checked annually and should please be taken over in order to avoid noir still existing back problems.
In addition to the saddle, other accessories (blankets, high-quality candar bridles etc.) are included in the price.

I would like noir to have a caregiver who appreciates her and enjoys upscale dressage work.
The price is according to the quality.
