Caballo Horsemarket: Beautiful pearl for the demanding leisure rider

For private reasons I have to make these decisions after careful consideration, and sell my pretty 13-year-old Westfalen mare ( by Rock Forever ) with a heavy heart. It has a stick mass of 160 cm, is harmoniously built and also covers larger riders very well.
She is an upscale leisure horse, for the ambitious recreational rider who is looking for an attentive, good and motivated horse, with whom you can have a lot of fun every day.
She is regularly ridden dressage, for gymnastics Cavaletti work, equikinethic, floor work, horsemanship and cozy rides she knows everything. She is motivated, participates well and learns very quickly. When it takes seats for the rider, she also does her job. A day off on the paddock is also welcome.
She has an above-average step, an elastic trot that swings through the body and a good gallop. She is very comfortable in her seat and also forgives the rider many things. She is sometimes a little distracted and glotgy, but never evil. She is not terrified either, she knows dogs, tractors and a lot of hustle and bustle on the riding stable.
I am looking for a loving, consistent horse man who has already gained horse experience and is not a pure beginner. Which one appreciates a solid and healthy horse, with which you can have a lot of fun. The mare does not have tournament experience, as I have no ambitions for it.
She doesn't know how to buckle or climb under the rider. Daily run-out even in winter should be a matter of course in your new home, also gladly open barn. Teeth were checked regularly, of course it is regularly vaccinated and wormed, as well as regular treatments for osteopaths and horse physio.
The mare lacks the regular routine during loading, but with some practice with sensitivity and calm, you can convince you well.
She has never had major injuries to her musculoskeletal system.
