Caballo Horsemarket: Adorable Dressu, Spring, Leisure Mare

I sell my 1.70 m brown mare Sunny incl. equine pass.
Sunny was born on April 12, 2010 and is a Württemberg mare without breeding brand.
She knows other animals and farm life. Currently she is Barhufer.
She has a good basic training and knows the ground work, dressage and jumping lessons.
At the moment she is ridden as a recreational horse but with further promotion and motivation she is well suited for dressage or jumping, as she has the potential for it. Due to the good and "old" lineage also usable as a broodmare, so far she had no foals.
However, she confirms again and again the blanket statement "Mares are smarter than geldings", because she is willing to learn and extremely docile. After a few repetitions, she knows exactly what she is being asked to do.
In the terrain, she can also ride well. In a new environment, it may be a bit insecure, which will not be a problem due to a strong and secure rider.
Sunny is not suitable for beginners or as a school horse and is therefore only given to experienced hands, as she has a characteristic will and likes to present it in case of displeasure.
Since she is a very insecure horse, she needs someone who gives her confidence and strength in what she does and possibly brings a lot of patience.
Sunny is not a horse for the open stable (tested) we should therefore be kept in pit posture possibly with freewheel and a lot of coupling. In the herd it is rather lower rank and therefore very well tolerated with other horses.
I am looking for a loving home for Sunny and a consistent owner who offers her the education and support she likes to claim.

And since everyone is wondering at the end why such a great horse is sold in the first place, I just want to say so much about it that it is not the horse, but the personal situation on my part.
