The mare is familiar with riding work, rather more pressing, but willing in all gaits. She knows work on two feet, easy to the legs and gentle in the mouth. In the terrain she walks alone and with a horses too. Needs to be ridden more outside, but is not rude or forward, in the terrain she has a pleasant temperament. Suitable for riding even for beginners, in the terrain due to low of experience rather for an experienced rider.
Due to the weaker hips, the mare is suitable for a lighter rider. In colder weather, her back stiffens, the veterinarian found no health problems.
She has never had a foal, regularly trimmed (barefoot), vaccinated and dewormed, chiro, physio and teeth of course. Everything is good.
She lives 24/7 with shelter, has no special requirements, respects the electric fence. She is not a wild Portuguese import, has been in the care of the current owner for years.
