Caballo Horsemarket: Appaloosa gelding with character and solid western base

For the Appaloosa gelding Cloud (colour: Fuchs/Sorrel, height approx. 155 cm, born in 2018,
full papers), a suitable new home is sought with experienced, empathetic horse people. Cloud is a compact, well-built gelding with a stable foundation. He walks barefoot and only knows open stables or paddock trails - this form of husbandry would also be expressly desired in the future. He is people-oriented, friendly, curious, very affectionate (in the best sense of the word) and always
respectful in our dealings. Cloud loves children, is used to dogs and loves working with humans. He has a solid basic Western training and was a professional rider for about 4.5 months in 2023. He is currently not in training. In the terrain he is well-behaved and relaxed - he goes off-road alone without any problems if you give him security. Cloud is in the herd of medium to high rank, but subordinates himself well and is very well socialized. This makes him an unproblematic partner in the herd. Cloud particularly enjoys groundwork, circus and clicker training - here he is very motivated and enthusiastically participates. Cloud's teeth were done annually, so he is well taken care of in this respect. Important to know:- Cloud needs fair, patient handling - he can't cope with too much pressure under the rider. He tends to water from faeces, which is well controllable with appropriate feeding (veterinarian clarified). A new, custom-made Western saddle and other accessories can be taken over if you are interested.
Only serious requests from horse people with heart, experience and the desire for
a real partner on four hooves. It's not about a quick sale, but about a permanently good home for a special gelding.
