Caballo Horsemarket: Beautiful thoroughbred mare, 6 years, clear as head

It is with a very heavy heart that we have to sell our six-year-old English thoroughbred mare Lola Montez, affectionately called Juno, for capacity reasons. She is a former racehorse, height 160 cm, and ended her racing career in autumn 2022, she has been in our possession since February 2023.

Juno is absolutely clear-headed, fearless and very intelligent. She has a very affectionate character, is extremely people-oriented and absolutely uncomplicated to deal with. She has no bad habits.

Juno has been retrained, but still needs to be worked on to continue learning the leaning. At work, she is very motivated, willing to learn and docile. In the field, she is very well-behaved on the hand as well as under the rider. It has beautiful gaits, is strong in movement and is certainly also interesting for versatility or recreational tournament sports. In the past few months, she has received very intensive build-up training from the floor (lunge training, treadmill training, free jumping). She is a great horse for a recreational rider who is looking for a loving all-rounder.

Juno was worked by us according to the principles of classical riding, and we would like to see this approach for their future.

Juno knows dogs, cars/tractors and farriers, she drives in a horse trailer without any problems. She is kept in open stalls, but also knows the box. It is our top priority that she can continue to experience horse-friendly treatment in the future. We do not sell them in pure or predominantly box keeping as well as to dealers or riding schools.

Juno is healthy, fully vaccinated (tetanus, herpes, influenza, West Nile virus) and dewormed. It is fogged up at the front. A small AKU from February 2023 is available.
