Caballo Horsemarket: Riding participation wanted for Hanoverian gelding, urgent!

Hello I am urgently looking for a riding participation for my 5 year old Hanoverian gelding. Unfortunately, I don't have much time for my treasure at the moment because I'm busy professionally.
My riding participation should be at least of the age of majority and not quite riding inexperienced. In addition, you should be mobile and weatherproof.
It can and should be worked with him three days a week, but with consultation also gladly more often depending on your mood.
Lessons with him together would also be welcome, possibly also with his own coach. Tuners can also be made with Him after consultation.
Everything else about my horse would be happy to be done by phone or in person.
